The latest Indusface study, ‘Report on Vulnerabilities of Indian Healthcare Segment’ shared exclusively with ETCISO shows that healthcare companies from around the world faced close to 10 lakh cyberattacks over a 1-month timespan. Of these, Indian healthcare organizations were targeted by 2,78,000 cyberattacks – second only to the US.
Most common attack vectors
With 117,818 instances, cross-site scripting (XSS) was identified as the top attack vector. HTTP policy violation (70,068 instances) is the second most common attack vector, followed by Apache Log4j remote code execution with 11,917 instances.
