Venky currently is responsible for growth through strategic partnerships, channel-led go-to-market initiatives, and expansion into new markets. He focuses on building scalable revenue streams by aligning product strengths with global customer and partner ecosystems.

As the Founding CTO, he built AppTrana version-1—a next-generation Web Application Scanner and Cloud WAF—bringing deep application security expertise into the company’s growth strategy. Prior to Indusface he has spent 10+ years in cybersecurity across engineering, services, and sales roles at US-based product companies, Venky combines strong technical depth with commercial execution.

He holds a Computer Science Bachelors Degree from the University of Pune and an MBA from Queen’s University, Canada, and is also an angel investor supporting startups in their $0–$1M journey through MVP-led commercialization
