Indusface Eyes U.S. MSP Market With Fully Managed Web Security Platform

With its focus on AI-driven automation, instant remediation and a partner-first strategy, Indusface is gaining traction in the U.S. cybersecurity market among MSPs looking to offer security outcomes, not just alerts.

In a space crowded with tools that stop at detection, Indusface said it goes further, closing the loop with autonomous remediation and baked-in compliance.

“We founded Indusface in 2012 because we knew the future of cybersecurity wasn’t just about identifying threats, it had to be about fixing them, fast,” Ashish Tandon, founder and CEO of India-based vendor Indusface, told CRN. “Now, we’ve built what I consider the dream, a platform that not only finds vulnerabilities but remediates them autonomously, in real time.”

With a strong partner-first go-to-market strategy, integrations with distributors and a growing U.S. footprint, Indusface is emerging as “the missing link” in the MSP security stack, according to the CEO. The company has more than 200 global MSP partners with a presence in 95 countries, Tandon said, and is looking to grow its presence in the U.S.

“Our platform gives MSPs something they’ve been missing: a way to offer complete, managed application security without adding staffing burden,” he said. “It’s software plus service, bundled together and built for the way MSPs work.”

CRN spoke further with Tandon about U.S. expansion, competition and what MSPs can expect from the cybersecurity vendor going forward.

What’s your go-to-market strategy to reach further into the U.S.?

MSPs are at the heart of our U.S. expansion strategy. We’ve validated that the SMB segment is our strongest fit and MSPs are the ones serving those businesses. Our platform gives MSPs something they’ve been missing: a way to offer complete, managed application security without adding staffing burden. We’ve got a strong inbound pipeline, over 125 customers already reaching out organically, and we’re leaning into that demand.

How does Indusface differentiate from competitors in this space?

Most tools either just detect issues or offer a narrow solution. But we do something no one else does. We detect and autonomously remediate vulnerabilities, instantly. Plus, we offer full DDoS [distributed denial of service] and bot protection, built into the same platform. And we provide compliance-ready reports that customers can use for audits, board reviews or to satisfy supply chain security requirements. And again, it’s fully managed. No need for additional hires or specialized expertise. It’s designed to make life easier for both the MSP and the customer.

R&D is huge for us; it always has been. This year, 38 percent of our total spend is going into R&D. That includes product development, testing, DevOps and also threat research. We have a dedicated lab constantly hunting for zero-days and emerging threats, making sure our platform is ahead of the curve.

So how does AI play into everything?

We’ve been thoughtful about AI. It’s not hype for us; it’s a real enabler. We use AI across the board from analyzing incoming attacks, identifying patterns, correlating events and even crafting virtual patches. For example, our AI helps determine what policies to apply to block a specific vulnerability. But, and this is important, we don’t blindly apply what AI suggests. Every decision is still verified by human analysts. That balance keeps things safe and accurate. We’ve also used AI to dramatically speed up how we analyze new zero-days. What used to take us days we now do in real time thanks to AI-backed automation.

What’s the one thing you wish more MSPs understood about Indusface?

That we’re solving the right problem. There’s no shortage of tools that tell you something is broken. But very few help you fix it, especially without needing a full security team on staff. We’re built for the modern world where threats are instant, resources are scarce, and protection needs to be automatic. Indusface isn’t just another point solution. We’re a complete outcome, delivered securely, reliably and [with scalability] for MSPs and their customers
