Head Finance

As Head – Finance, Amit is responsible for the overall finance and accounting, compliance and reporting, risk management, and liaising with internal and external auditors at Indusface. He brings in his vast experience, exposure and understanding of the various facets of the financial world to ensure the smooth running of financial operations at Indusface.

Amit is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 19 years of post-qualification experience, 10 years of which have been with an automobile multinational. He has professional experience in the fields of finance, accounting, taxation, audit and government liaising in various industries. Amit has experience of handling books of accounts as per Indian and US Accounting standards and is quite conversant with various tax incentives offered by governments and has also dealt with global auditing firms such as Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Ernst & Young and KPMG.

Amit is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounts) from M S University of Vadodara.
