Responsibilities:

• Architect and Build at Lightning Speed – Design and develop cutting-edge product features, REST APIs, and backend components that make an immediate impact
• Partner with technical teams – Collaborate closely to bring scalable, innovative solutions from concept to reality
• Engineer for the Future – Continuously enhance our systems’ reliability, performance, and scalability

Candidate Profile:

• Deep expertise in Java 17, Java 21, Spring, Spring Boot, threading/concurrency, REST API development, and Hibernate
• Experience with AI coding tools like Claude, Cursor, Copilot
• Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience in Linux-based and cloud (AWS preferred) environments
• Unwavering commitment to software development best practices, security, and performance
• Hands on experience with at least 2 of: Kafka, ElasticSearch, Redis, AWS
• Ability to understand complex issues quickly, architect elegant solutions, and implement them rapidly
• Exceptional verbal and written skills that keep teams and projects flowing smoothly
