Responsibilities:
- Renewals Ownership & Retention
- Own and manage the complete renewal cycle for assigned accounts, ensuring 100% renewal coverage and high retention rates.
- Proactively engage customers well ahead of expiry to secure timely renewals and avoid lapses.
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive renewal confidence and continuity.
- Renewal Upsell & Revenue Growth
- Drive upsell and cross-sell within the existing customer base (e.g., higher-value SSLs, multi-year deals, CLM, Private PKI, code signing, etc.).
- Identify opportunities to increase wallet share through better product fit and lifecycle expansion.
- Carry a defined renewal + upsell target aligned with business goals.
- Customer Engagement & Follow-ups
- Conduct structured follow-ups via calls, emails, and campaigns to ensure renewal closure.
- Educate customers on product enhancements, pricing benefits, and bundled offerings to support upsell conversations.
- Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Account Managers for strategic accounts where relationship depth is required.
- Coordinate with Solution Engineers and Support teams to resolve customer queries impacting renewals.
- Order & Process Management
- Ensure timely collection of Purchase Orders (POs) and facilitate smooth order processing before certificate expiry.
- Track and follow up on payments to ensure minimal revenue leakage and clean books.
- CRM & Forecasting Discipline
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date renewal pipelines, customer interactions, and opportunity tracking in CRM.
- Provide visibility on upcoming renewals, risks, and upsell opportunities to management.
Candidate Profile:
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience working with a CRM
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
