Executive, Sales Development

We are looking for a motivated sales development representative who is passionate about sales, has a hunter personality. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building prospects, and work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable making cold calls and engaging with prospects.

Job Description:

  • Generate leads from existing and procured database.
  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential prospects.
  • Qualify leads by engaging with prospects, understanding their needs and pain points, and building rapport.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market by conducting market research
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth by setting up meetings and passing qualified leads.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Candidate Profile:

  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience working with a CRM is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentation.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with prospects through various channels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
