Indusface is looking for a candidate with phone based selling experience who is driven to take their business development skills to the next level and help establish growth in new markets. This is a opportunity to be part of and also growing a world class Inside Sales Team. Opportunity to develop relationship and become a trusted application security to help prospects in the high growth US /Europe/Africa market for the SMB and mid-market segment. Must have ability to learn and articulate our value proposition and co-ordinate with presales and Account executives to convert prospects into customers


To rigorously Generate business opportunities for the Indusface AppTrana Product suite by qualifying marketing generated leads and via outbound prospecting. The SDR will align these qualified opportunities with internal sales team for their closure. The role is of importance as it develops and finds new business to fuel growth. It is a key link between marketing and sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Office based role covering Americas, Africa and Europe market to identify new business opportunities.
  • Nurture leads into high quality sales opportunities for sales.
  • Develop the ability to articulate value and sell cutting edge technology solutions to businesses.
  • Uncover and compose detailed, succinct summaries of prospects need, pain and scope.
  • Achieve quotas around opportunity generation and revenue from high daily activity levels.
  • Input information into company CRM and leverage this and 3rd party sources to research prospects.
  • Work closely with marketing to understand and help execute successful campaigns.
  • Reports directly to the Inside Sales Head
  • Works closely with Marketing, & Sales.
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decision maker.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.


  • Should have worked at least for 2+ years selling IT solutions/products to Americas region via phone
  • Develop rapport relationship with external prospects and internal sales teams and marketing.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Familiar and experience with CRM and market automation systems for managing records
  • Meeting deadlines and commitments
  • Person needs to be tenacious in following up with leads and creating possible business opportunities
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent in time Management and triaging obligations.
