Indusface is on the lookout for a talented, enthusiastic individual passionate around sales to join us as a Regional Sales Manager. The individual will be a part of the Indusface Application Security Sales team.

As a Regional Sales Manager, the candidate would be focused on driving up the Indusface market share and revenue growth across various business accounts. An understanding of application security and the cloud services would be a huge advantage. New business development activities as well as managing existing customers will require someone with a strong background in sales of high-tech products and/or services to leading enterprise companies. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills with C level relationships, thorough experience in working with MSSPs, SIs and Private/Public Cloud providers would be a huge value add.

Job Description

  • Accountable for driving sales growth within existing business relationships and acquiring new business opportunities within a pre identified territory and business accounts through direct sales customer engagement and channel sales
  • Strong product & technical understanding, a thorough understanding and experience of dealing with application security / cloud based offerings, to be able to understand in detail the customer’s business pain points & technology requirements, be able to articulate Indusface’s value proposition at all levels
  • Expected to meet quantitative and qualitative performance expectations and set high standards for articulation and presentation of key messages and value proposition to C-level and V-level executives
  • Be accountable for all aspects of the sale, from pricing negotiations to contract development to ensuring successful order fulfilment once the order has been received and processed
  • Manage and direct multiple resources in engagements with the prospect and/or customer, including Pre- sales support, Internal Sales, as well as monitor any technical support issues
  • Manage, prospect, qualify and develop key relationships with existing and/or potential partners, specifically with partner decision makers and relevant executives
  • Ensure strong relationship with partners to drive repeat business with the customer

Candidate Profile

  • A Graduate with a Management Degree in Sales / Business Development / Marketing would be ideal
  • Thorough knowledge and experience of having worked on application security based and cloud based security solutions
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in related industry and in a sales & business development role
  • Proven track record of achieving allocated targets and an established track record of success selling in a highly competitive environment as well as that of direct Sales selling complex solutions to large organizations and multiple decision makers in high-tech products and/or service
  • An experience in developing strategic channel and enterprise security partnerships would be an advantage
  • Consistent sales track record of performance, business development and territory Management.
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills combined with strong interpersonal skills as well as technical skill sets which allow the individual to develop relationships at engineering, commercial and Cx0 levels throughout organizations
  • Knowledge and experience of complete sales cycle management from prospecting to closing enterprise agreements
  • Ability to think/act strategically and tactically
  • An experience of responding to RFP’s and tenders will be ideal
